100% Chardonnay aged in oak barrels.
The coat is yellow, rather light. The bead of bubbles reaches the surface with a regular rhythm, which allows it to feed a fine and shiny collar.
The nose reveals great aromatic richness, with toasted aromas, such as almond and hazelnut. Then it opens with notes of butter biscuit.
On the palate, you will find the continuity of the nose with a silky and refined texture, punctuated with touches of pear and pineapple. A beautiful acidity then sets in, carried by vanilla notes. The finish is fresh and pleasant.
Served at 9-10°C, this champagne can be served as an aperitif. For a meal, a nice poultry with wild mushrooms will be the ideal accompaniment.
